You are wonderfully crafted with a balance of spirit, soul, and body—each genuinely one of a kind (1 Thessalonians 5:23 NLT). Within this divine design, your temperament helps you align your spirit with your soul (mind, will, and emotions), with the heart at the center, creating a beautiful harmony.
The heart is the dwelling place of the spirit, connecting us to God’s presence within us. Our soul encompasses our mind, will, and emotions—our inner world that shapes our thoughts, choices, and feelings. The body, meanwhile, is the physical vessel that houses both our spirit and soul during our time on earth; one day, it will perish, but our spirit will endure eternally.
The assessment measures expressed and desired needs across five distinct temperaments: Sanguine, Melancholy, Choleric, Phlegmatic, and Supine. Each has unique strengths and challenges, and there is no “right” or “wrong.”
