Dr Phyllis Arno

Keynote Speaker

Topic: Finding Balance and Harmony: Cultivating Wholeness in Your Spiritual, Relational, and Professional Life

Dr. Phyllis J. Arno is the former Vice-President of the National Christian Counselors Association and the former President of Sarasota Academy of Counseling.

She also served as a private legal secretary for a law firm for over 15 years.

She conducted extensive research for the Arno Profile system, which is the SACC and the NCCA’s temperament identification inventory.

She is the Clinical Supervision Administrator and appoints clinical supervisors for NCCA direct students. She also serves as supervisor for international students.

Dr. Phyllis is ordained by Faith Outreach Center Ministerial Fellowship, Tampa Florida.

Dr. Phyllis is the editor of “The Messenger,” NCCA’s bi-monthly newsletter and “The Enlightener,” SACC’s bi-monthly newsletter.  “Temperament. Corner,” is her signature column in these newsletters featuring temperament topics, written by Dr. Phyllis.

In addition, Dr. Phyllis is the co-author of several textbooks including “Creation Therapy” “Created in God’s Image” and “The Missing Link.”

Dr. Phyllis has also authored three books titled “Temperament Corner I,”  “Temperament Corner II” and “Temperament Corner Christmas Edition.”

She holds a B.A., M.A., and a Ph. D. She was awarded a Doctor of Letters "honores causa" from Cornerstone University in June 2003. She was also elected to The Heritage Who’s Who in 2010.

She resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband, Dr Richard G. Arno.

Dr Juli Ann McGlashan-Wilhite

Dr. Juli is an innovative counseling leader with extensive experience helping counselors, individuals and families solve complex issues with a focus on Communication, Temperament and Core Belief System healing.

She brings a passionate, creative and disruptive approach that underscores her passion to help people experience the Peace that God promises and to walk in the Identity that God intends for them.

Dr. Juli has been in private practice since 2011, prior to that she served on staff at a large church in the metroplex as the Director of Celebrate Recovery and Counseling. Juli and her husband Arthur of 18 years have a Christian Boarding School and Church in Uganda.

They reside in a Tiny House on Wheels (currently in Texas) with their Chorkie, Lola.

Dr. Althea Laws Kimble

Dr. Kimble has a deep passion for serving others through her Ministry of Prayer and Therapy.

Mamie Tolbert

God has opened doors for Dr. Mamie S. Tolbert all over the world. She has achieved many academic accomplishments including an earned Doctor of Divinity degree.

In 2012, As a published author, Dr. Tolbert released, Changing of the Guards – Understanding Who Rules You, a book that is transforming the lives of many.

She is founder and CEO of MST Mediation Solutions. As a professional mediator, she facilitates resolutions or settlements between two or more opposing parties.

Dr. Tolbert is the president-elect for the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.

Dr. Mamie S. Tolbert serves as spiritual covering for Yes Lord’ Ministries, along with her husband of 47 years, Dr. Willie C. Tolbert and she also provides apostolic covering for several other churches and ministries.

Lisa Goins

Lisa engages her clients in “Whole Life” coaching, encouraging them to bring balance to their lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Lisa has been married to her friend Jeff for 40 years and has raised 4 children here in the US and abroad. She has 8 grandchildren.

Debbie Maselli

Wife, mom, and friend define Debbie’s long-term relationships. Debbie served the U.S. Air Force during the Gulf War.  She is a licensed minister, a licensed clinical pastoral counselor, and a published author.  Her work experience also includes missionary and pastoral spouse positions and employment as an educator, as an in-home caregiver and medicines manager, and as a columnist. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys dramatic reading, speaking, baking for guests, kayaking, and traveling.  Debbie’s passion is helping people succeed at the game of life.
